Our corrupt society rewards their behaviour and punishes any intervention, opposition and criticism. There is some idea behind all this. It's not random or accidental. It's planned social engineering. If a bully is not disciplined early he'll grow worse, but if done early he may change. Some never change. And the victimhood, the hood attitude of white guilt.
