A mother has spoken of her heartbreak after her 22-year-old daughter died when she was ignored by ambulance service operators.
Jill Söderberg died of breathing problems at her home in northern Sweden - even though she had called for an ambulance three times in the days leading up to her death.
She told operators 'I can't breathe' and begged for medical help, but they decided that since she was able to speak she did not need emergency treatment.
An official report criticised health authorities this week, saying it was 'remarkable that the woman's suffering was ignored'.
