OK, this is my home state and I myself have a veggie garden so, this hits home with me. read this and watch the video link.
She said she went to court on August 15, and the judge told them to come back in October. But the very next day, men were cutting down most of her plants.
They even cut down some of her trees -– ones that bore fruit and nuts -– and went up next to her house and basically removed everything in her front flower bed.
"I came back three days later, sat in my driveway, cried and left," Morrison said.
Morrison said she had a problem at her last property with code enforcement, so this time, she read the ordinance, which says plants can't be over 12-inches tall unless they're used for human consumption. She made sure everything she grew could be eaten, which she told the inspectors.
"Every word out of their mouth was, 'we don't care,'" Morrison said.
"You vill NOTgrow your own food!"
"You vill NOT grow your own medicine!"
"You vill NOT grow your own flowers!"
"You VILL purchase your daily required ration of toxic chemical sludge to eat from the supermarket corporations!"
"You VILL inject your daily required ration of toxic chemical sludge vaccinations from the pharmaceutical corporations!"
"You VILL purchase your daily required ration of genetically modified flowers from the agriculture corporations!"
"You VILL purchase all of these on credit from the banking corporations!"

TULSA, Oklahoma -
A Tulsa woman is suing the city's code enforcement officers after she said they cut down her garden with no cause.
Denise Morrison said she has more than 100 plant varieties in her front and back yards and all of them are edible and have a purpose.
She knows which ones will treat arthritis, which will make your food spicy, which ones keep mosquitoes away and treat bug bites, but she said none of that matter to city inspectors.
Last August, Morrison's front and back yards were filled with flowers in bloom, lemon, stevia, garlic chives, grapes, strawberries, apple mint, spearmint, peppermint, an apple tree, walnut tree, pecan trees and much more.
She got a letter from the city saying there had been a complaint about her yard.
She said she took pictures to meet with city inspectors, but they wouldn't listen, so she invited them to her home so they could point out the problem areas.
"Everything, everything needs to go," Morrison said they told her.
When she heard they wanted to cut it all down, she called police. The officer issued her a citation so it could be worked out in court.

Morrison said she used many of the plants that were destroyed to treat her diabetes, high-blood pressure and arthritis.
"Not only are the plants my livelihood, they're my food and I was unemployed at the time and had no food left, no medicine left, and I didn't have insurance," Morrison said. "They took away my life and livelihood."
Morrison finally went to court last week for the citation she got last August at another property. The garden portion of the citation was dismissed and she pleaded no contest to having an inoperable truck in her driveway.
She filed a civil rights lawsuit this week, accusing the inspectors of overstepping their authority.
The City of Tulsa said it hasn't received the lawsuit yet, so it couldn't comment.

mystery, thats awesome I envy you you have the perfect living area food, water, one way in one way out
wish I had a place like that. keep a open eye to the sky if they find you you may get a visit from the man, peace, jim
I do not live in Oklahoma, but in one of the neighboring states. I also have fruit trees and edible "weeds" on my property, along with chickens, guineas hens, turkeys, geese and ducks. I plan on getting some rabbits this coming spring. I am waiting now for the heifer next door to drop my calf.
I have all kinds of wild plants that are native to my area and also ones that my grandmother and mother gathered on their travels and brought back. Some are not native but seem to do well and can be put to good use.
I recently found a wild hive of bees, and plan on trying my hand at having a hive, to produce honey and wax for candles. I do not want to buy them as the state tries to regulate you them.
I have a well that is down a hundred and thirty feet, should be protected from any radiation that should make it this far.
I also have bought a generator recently, just in case they decide to try and shut off my electric with their new smart meters they installed without my permission.
I think if I can stay off the radar I can feed my family.
But I have to add that I do not live anywhere close to a major city. I live at the end of a dirt road about a mile and a half off of the closest blacktop. Only one way onto my property! No roads behind me for quite some distance.
My hope is stay as far away from society as I can,(except for my job). I then have to assimilate and become to go unnoticed. I do not enjoy this portion of my days but am able to do it because it makes me able to gather this that may come in handy.
I hope that we all have time to prepare!

yeah, I know Monsanto has their hand in this I’m sure, but to chop a mans crops down for no reason other than to make us buy Monsanto brand well. this Nazi shit has got to stop.
By the way, I never posted this but I have told family and friends what happened to me.
See, I started my garden a while back because I’m prepping for bigger things to come but I made a 13 x 40 foot garden in my back yard and this is no shit, I had a Cessna prop job fly over my house and I watched it bank around and fly across my back yard 4 freaking times it was clearly checking out my garden why? I don't know but if I get a knock on my door you guys will be the first to know. believe me it freaked me out to watch this plane bank over and over flying the length of my garden. this is why I posted this link in Tulsa.
