From the letter at Mayfair Apartments to residents,
We have recently enhanced our community with signal 88 security! Please feel free to visit their website at http://www.signal88security.com/ or contact the rental office for information about them. If you are noting any activity that you would like them to check out after office hours, you can call them at 1-757-275-8668. Please continue to utilize the Virginia Beach Police Non-Emergency number at 1-757-385-5000 or 911 for any emergencies. Signal 88 Security works in conjunction with the local police to ensure the safety and happiness of all our residents.
We value your continued residence here at the Mayfair Apartments! Good residents are hard to find, and we are certainly glad that we have found you! We also want to take this time to remind that if you refer someone, and they move in, you will save $200.00
on your rent for the first full month after they have moved in! There is no better way
to have neighbors that you know you'll love to tell your friends and family who are looking to move! They'll get a great move-in special and a great apartment home, and you'll get great neighbors and save money on your rent! Everyone wins!
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the rental office, we're always here to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have,
The Mayfair Management Team.
From the News Desk at WTRH-AM -
This means that you might end up having a curfew like around 11 PM just like other areas in Virginia Beach and Oceanfront. This is something new that I have never
seen before in my entire stay here at Mayfair. This is something that should be shared with. Remember my home is not part of Lynnhaven or Military Circle Mall.
Mall Security is fine, but not at a home areas since everyone can provide their own
security and peace. We at WTRH-AM thinks that this would concern private citzens
and could violate the 4th and 2nd Amendment. Soon next year when they get
settled they will installl CCTV cameras around the hall way areas and let residents
install door bells and their own security systems. Or they will offer a system for a
small fee.
Q: What do you think, Is security at Apartment Complexes. a good thing or bad thing to have and what do you think?
