 This young man was very reasonable in asking what he did. Let me remind everyone the obviously stupid question the officer said back to the 12 year old boy, "You do, you a lawyer?", when the young man told him he had a right to know his badge number.

  Every person in this country has the right to know what an officer's badge number is no matter what their age. After all WE do pay THEM to work for US!

The reason they do not want people to know badge numbers is because they are afraid being attacked for the acts they have committed against the people. Laws they have broken have gotten out of control, and still they tell us it is to protect US from the evil out there.

We allow them to be the way they are. If everyone of us would do this just once a day it would stop them from getting comfortable in their abuses of the law.

I agree its to bad there arent more adults like that,but then ya gotta think if it had been a adult,most of the police dept would have showed up and taken him,or her to jail. That why adults are afraid to do any thing.Police will do what ever they can to make a case,and most people cant afford lieyers,fines and all that goes along with "proving your innocence".This day and age everybody is guilty until they can some hgo prove that they are innocent.In Illinois what ever a cop writes in his report,and that can be mostly lies is considered like Gods law and cannot be refuted in court. So I dont think thats right either but then again its Illinois.

i LOVE IT..... The social engineering isn't working in our schools.   YAHOOOOOO.   That little kid was not afraid.  Maybe all this fear mongering the powers that be do, is back firing.  Now if only the adults would get a little back bone, we might have some hope for this country.   LOl hahahahahaha,  I can't help it.  A 12 year old..... next President of the USA, ya think?
