The Ukrainian are being played, first they are fighting as NATOs proxy and being killed at 500 soldiers a day. Second, the foreign aid when it is money is probably just laundered and split with corrupt politicians leaving crumples to those in need. Same goes with weapons, those with value are sold and money split and those worthless for the international market are sent to the front-line, if they can get there. Now the Ukrainian government is preparing a law for killing their own soldiers who for any reason would not comply the often suicidal commands.
