Once enough is enough and you can't discipline the children according to the law, what else is there to do?
Granted most parents do not teach their children anything, let alone discipline but a lot of the reason kids are the way they are at this point in time is because the world has been Nerfed and children have been told to expect more material (things) than the parents had and the law either knowing or not has forbidden punishment to fit the crime. In my mind the government has precipitated this transformation in our culture.
