God forbid they didn't pay for their State sponsored NAZI permit so they execute an innocent animal! Just another way for them to make a buck! Again I will say it! I cannot say what I want to because there are all profanities towards the monsters who murdered poor giggles .. I hate those people .. Giggles a danger to humans really ???
