ATASCADERO, California -- SoCal Martial Law Alerts (SCMLA) called in to Agenda 21 Talk radio show and discussed multiple ways that the average American can handle the average "code enforcer" -- i.e. low-level bureaucrats who have been hired to conduct warrantless searches, write groundless citations, etc. against ordinary Americans in order to shore up the dwindling budgets of local, county, state and federal governments.
