You make a valid point sir. And I did not need to invoke the constitution to make my point even though it was relevant, especially in terms of the home owner practicing his 2nd amendment rights in defending himself, his loved ones and his private property and effectively disciplining that degenerate criminal who probably didn't get disciplined by his entitlement drawing parent. What gets under my skin is all these groups that have non-patriotic intentions. Groups who promote a socialist agenda like the National Socialist Party (NAZI's) or the Panthers. Nothing is more anti-american than socialism and Marxism. Unfortunately today's democratic party has been co-opted by liberal progressives who believe in values centered around "social justice". MLK advocated "equal justice" There IS a HUGE difference, and unfortunately for patriotic democrats who sincerely want the best for this country, they are represented by closet socialists and progressives such as Barack Hussein Obama and Nancy Pelosi who sympathize with leftist organizations such as the Black Panthers and La Raza. Even though american citizens who harbor socialist sympathies have constitutional rights, as a patriot it just bothers me to see these anti-american groups attempt to forward their agenda for a purpose that ultimately will have no good outcome for america. I do realize that a republican dog has fleas too, that's why I don't define myself within the parameters of the two main parties. Our alleged "two party" system is a false paradigm perpetrated by the global elite who manipulate both parties in the first place......deep breath....OK i'm done.

Well Doug,

If you had done your due diligence and had viewed the video comments posted at YouTube, You would understand the context which was that the Panthers were whining about a black punk getting shot in the commision of a burglary in that neighborhood. You seem to have shown your quality, or lack thereof by conjuring up the "Cracker" comment. BTW, you can have your city block bro, I live in a rural area and I can tell you that where I live, "Trespassers will be violated"....Good day.

O.k. Maurice, I hear your argument that by the crowd of people shouting USA, USA, they are expressing their right to freedom of speech. Still does not answer the basic questions of who, what, where, when, why and how.
I still don't know who the people are, although I'm told that they are 'Black Panthers'.
What was the purpose of them visiting the neighbourhood?
Where was the neighbourhood?
When did the incident take place and why was the media, some police, a whole lot of white folks, a few Asians, and a few blacks all running around like chickens with their heads chopped off for no apparent reason other then to make the media whores lug around cameras and microphones.
Lastly how could the appearance of 5-6 black folks in a neighbourhood have any relavence to me in a multi-cultural society where I live?
I saw no weapons displayed by anyone so I'm assuming, (I know when one assume you put an ass between u and i), everyone involved were content to allow the local constabulary to carry out their sworn (just as a good Oath Keeper would), duties so we are not dealing with a plot for the off spring of Bobby Seale to blow up one of the nice suburban dwellings.
Guess what I'm looking for is some veggies with my meat and potatos viewing.
Story would have made a lot more impact on me if I were able to associate what was transpiring, other then just seeing a bunch of crackers and refugees from Amsterdam and 110th Street aimlessly roaming the subdivisions streets.
By the way hows is China Maurice?

This is an excellent example of how constitution loving americans MUST stand against these leftist agendas that are coming our way! ITS A WAR that will define or RE-define the american way of life. There are two revolutions taking place simultaneously.(Take back America VS Take over America). Today Black Panthers, tomorrow, undocumented democrats attempting implement the plan of San Diego. Remember the Alamo...Its time to draw a line in the sand! The neighborhood expressed themselves loud and clear. The defended both the 1st and 2nd amendments here. USA, USA, USA!!!

So help me out here. If the blacks were indeed Black Panthers, why did they go to what appears on the video to be a neighbourhood where only white and some Asians seem to reside?
Further why was the media at the event? Did the supposed Black Panthers gather them up, or was it the residents of the neighbourhood who notified the media?
Who were the bikers who attended? 1%ers or just ordinary H.D. riders and owners, (never saw a Japanese or German bike in the brief shot of the bikes so I'm generalizing here, you never know their could be a Polaris or Indian parked along the curb also), who wear colors over a teehirt? Never saw anything to indicate the state this was filmed in so how about a hint.
I think it's odd finally that the crowd did not appear to hear anything that was being said by the supposed Black Panthers because of the revving stage 2 kit(?), and the chants of USA.
Isn't freedom of speech written somewhere in your constitution?
