Cool down the air and water condensates. You can already get water from an AC machine, just connect the condensate pipe to a container. How clean is the water from the AC unit? Depending on the materials used it can be drinkable, but yoy can take to a water lab for testing. Take advantage of the higher air humidity at night and arrange a the air to flow on a cold surface causing the water to condensate. An ideal arrangement is to let the air flow through a descending pipe that is cooled.
