lady in a car is stopped at a US border checkpoint miles from the border.Stands her ground in the face of intrusive personal questions asked by a young officer.She's upset.Detained for 15 minutes.

I have mixed feelings about this video. At first I thought she was being a little over the top with repeating herself over and over, about being a U.S. citizen, I had know idea this was a immigration STATUS check point. By the time it was over I thought I was glad she stood her ground. Then I get to thinking about the whole thing, why is it that she had bins in her car that were empty, why did she have a passenger and a video camera ready? Unless she was lying she came from a very well to do family, she said we have several houses. So in my poor as* mind that means she can get bailed out really fast and get a high price lawyer to defend her. Which in turn means she would not lose her job for missing work if she has a job ( wealthy family = no job). So as I see this in retrospect it was a planned move. If she had done a little bit of research about her actual rights it would have been even better.
