Looks more like a Russian propaganda news release than an objective news item. Whatever, there's so much disinformation coming out of that region. Another foreign newspaper some time back was reporting 100 thousand Russian soldiers dead, more who were deserting because they were not getting food and even surrendering to the Ukrainians in hopes of getting fed while 7 Russian generals have been killed.
