If they would allow ICE to remove the illegals, there would be more housing and funds available for the homeless. It's insane that California expects the Federal Govt to fix the problem they created, while refusing to cooperate with the Feds on the illegal alien situation. But they have made a habit of promising "free stuff" that they obviously cannot fund and they will continue as long as they keep getting bailed out.
