I think you guys are right, someone said it may be a fuel tank.

But, this is not to disregard the fact that they are not active. My family and I have witnessed these military vehicles that are armed, armed soldiers everywhere. I am about to post a blog on a military convoy wreck. They were carrying explosives and shut the highway down for hours.

This may not be a bomb at all, but an under wing fuel tank. The video only shows the middle part of the alleged bomb.  It does not show the the tip where the bomb's igniter is located. It is highly suspicious that the shooter of this video has left out a part that would definitely prove what the object is. It may well be that the video is released to frighten people. Take a look at the pictures on the links below and judge for yourself. Is it a bomb or is it a fuel tank?
