It's actually quite simple but in a very corrupt and evil way, Keisha. They're called "Collateralized Debt Obligations", This is how the treasury and the fed are able to "suspend the laws of economics". Also, they have the power to start up any form of ponzi (pyramid) scheme or any other form of a theft plan, thus causing "black holes" in the economy and on wall street, thus the ability for them to get away with all the collusion and robbery they conduct daily. And actually China has been buying US debt all this time, the only time they temporarily stopped was when geithner went to China in mid November to tell the Chinese that the US bond market was still a worth investment, and that the dollar was a strong a wise investment. That's why the dollar and the US stock market plummeted on a 7 day rally right before christmas.
