Cop Pulls Over Driver For Flipping Him Off

On 9/3/2015 I set out on a day to see how long it would take me to get pulled over for flipping off cops. The first cop I flipped off was the cop who jumped back into his cruiser and pulled us over. I want to see if cops will uphold the U.S. Constitution. It is apparent that in Framingham, Massachusetts the Constitution is violated.
