well, being shocked is one element of mind control programming.  monarch programming is named so because the victim feels weightlessness, like flying after being subjected to electro-shock therapy.  hence the monarch butterfly imagery. no doubt programming via television, music and the consumption of processed foods played a role in the kids behavior leading to this unfortunate ordeal.  of course no action by cps will be taken against the officer who tasered the kid, but will likely bring full force to the mother...

While I am outraged at this, I also recognize that the title for the video is incorrect. 

 

The child was tasered because the parent said she believed her to be a threat to herself while the child refused to control herself.

 

These are key words to a law officer. When those words are spoken by a family member the police are obliged to ensure that the threat has gone away. 

 

Here in Florida if two family members go before a Judge and say that you are a threat to yourself, and sign on the dotted line, you will be arrested and taken either to jail for the night or to a mental health clinic for a week or more.

 

Argue all about the injustice. And learn. And protect yourself from Authoritarian Law. Don't ever tell a cop or anyone else in the enforcement or justice system that someone is a threat to themselves.
