I am NOT supporting socialism, but this is the Bolivian people's business, same as with Venezuela. And things seemed to have worked out, probably because having a lot of oil is like having a money machine. The socialist govt probably would, eventually pull the economy down, but like I said, that's THEIR business, not out state department's.
