We are NOT having a revolution or a civil war.  WE ARE DEFENDING OUR NATION, OUR VALUES, OUR VERY LIVES.

Call it what it is;

DEFENDING OUR NATION, OUR US CONSTITUTION AND EACH STATE'S CONSTITUTION

This is defense, nothing else but defense. Do not let them to continue to put the words "revolution" or "civil war" in your mouth, in your brain.  That way they take away the law that backs up our actions.

WE ARE DEFENDING OUR NATION, OUR US CONSTITUTION FROM ATTACK BY DOMESTIC ENEMIES OF THE USA, TRAITORS TO THE USA, AND FOREIGN POWERS BOTH ENTITY AND NATION.

"This video should go viral  before Google decides  it's too extreme. It what people need to hear."

We need to set up our own internet. This was ours, created by the schools, and taken over by the US military. It was done once, we can do it again.

I believe I have already posted that judges - federal and state - ONLY get to keep their position as long as they use "Good Behaviour" in the courts. That it is the people who decide if a judge is using "Good Behaviour" in the courtroom, using the US Constitution as their guide.  it is the people who removes them when they are not.

This is our nation, our government and we are under attack.  The pressure is great to use the enemies tactics.  Do not. Use our Rule of Law, our US Constitution, and each state's Constitution (some have been unlawfully modified) so that everything YOU do is lawful here and we can all defend each other.

Train with CONSTITUTIONAL police (cspoa.org) keeps a list so that you do two things; you learn if they really are constitutional or lying, and you learn who you can trust. oathkeepers.org has a training program going on called "Community Preparedness Teams". They teach you how to teach others in your community, how to keep alive and keep your friends and neighbors alive. Always watch their actions, not just listen to their words to see if it is constitutional.

tenthamendmentcenter.com teaches you how to fight this politically state by state, county by county.

The US Constitution AND ALL THAT IS IN PURSUANCE THERE OF IT is the supreme law of the land, and each state's Constitution is the highest law of that state EXCEPT in the rare instances that it is in conflict with the US Constitution.

The rule of law is not for the protection of the guilty, but for protection from government violations of individual rights.

I am currently taking a law class where in the class preview the "instructor" refers to the Constitutional document of our democracy.  He explains that the US Constitution is a short document and that we will study the "written Constitution" first, then the "unwritten" one. American is not now, nor has she ever been a democracy. There is NO unwritten Constitution.

I expect to get kicked out of this class.  I will as a matter of course argue the matter backed by my studies.

Please understand that we are under attack by domestic enemies, traitors, foreign entities (UN & NATO, etc) and foreign nations. It is OUR duty, as "We the People" and as the Militia of our states and nation to not allow this to go on.  USE the US Constitution and all that is in Pursuance thereof it as WE are the ones who are its defenders and it tells us how to do so lawfully.  Each state has more power within our nation then does the federal gov LAWFULLY.

Lawful”: in accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law.

Legal”: the color of law”, “appearance of law”, “pretense of law without the substance of lawfulness”, “misuse of power made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state”.

"If you have given up your militia, and Congress shall refuse to arm them, you have lost every thing. Your existence will be precarious, because you depend on others, whose interests are not affected by your infelicity." Patrick Henry

The ultimate authority resides in the people, and that if the federal government got too powerful and overstepped its authority, then the people would develop plans of resistance and resort to arms.” James Madison

"This country, with its institutions, belongs to the people who inhabit it. Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or exercise their revolutionary right to overthrow it.” Abraham Lincoln

James Madison warned: “No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.”

Freedom is lost gradually from an uninterested, uninformed, and uninvolved people.” Thomas Jefferson

Thomas Jefferson: “An elective despotism was not the government we fought for.

Madison argued that the states would serve as the check on the federal government: “Should an unwarrantable measure of the federal government be unpopular in particular State…the means of opposition to it are powerful and at hand. The disquietude of the people; their repugnance and, perhaps refusal to cooperate with officers of the Union, the frowns of the executive magistracy of the State; the embarrassment created by legislative devices, which would often be added on such occasions, would oppose, in any State, very serious impediments; and were the sentiments of several adjoining States happen to be in Union, would present obstructions which the federal government would hardly be willing to encounter.”

Madison, the “Father of the Constitution”: “The States then being the parties to the constitutional compact, and in their sovereign capacity, it follows of necessity, that there can be no tribunal above their authority, to decide in the last resort, whether the compact made by them be violated; and consequently that as the parties to it, they must themselves decide in the last resort, such questions as may be of sufficient magnitude to require their interposition.”

To be able to destroy our nation it would have to come from the inside as our forefathers knew:

"Experience hath shown, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny." Thomas Jefferson

"If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense..." Alexander Hamilton

It is always dangerous to the liberties of the people to have an army stationed among them, over which they have no control ... The Militia is composed of free Citizens. There is therefore no danger of their making use of their Power to the destruction of their own Rights, or suffering others to invade them..” Samuel Adams

The militia was intended to prevent the conquest of America by a foreign power, but it was also intended to prevent the conquest of America by a central national government and its standing army. At his first inaugural, Jefferson explained that "a well-disciplined militia" is "our best reliance in peace and for the first moments of war, till regulars may relieve them" and also a guarantee of "the supremacy of the civil over the military authority; [and] economy in the public expense."

As Jefferson understood, there was an intimate connection between sovereignty and the possession of arms. As long the people were armed, the people would rule.

Federalist Number 57, James Madison wrote that Congress "can make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their friends, as well as on the great mass of the society."

Joel Barlow, Revolutionary War veteran, wrote “Advice to the Privileged Orders, in the Several States of Europe”, clergyman, theologian, popular poet, successful diplomat, and American whose political writings were debated on the floor of Parliament said of the US Constitution: " not only permitting every man to arm, but obliging him to arm.”

Patrick Henry: “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government."

It important to know what the forefathers said so that can see how far out of line the US Constitution has been stretched.  How many today are aware that ONLY the Militia of the several states is constitutionally assigned those duties?

What is going on now, and has been going on since our nation was created is an attack on her again.  This time from the inside by traitors and domestic enemies.  There is nothing wrong with the US Constitution and the Constitutions of each state being our government.  There is much wrong with those put into office in to destroy our nation.

William Rawle, whose work was adopted as a constitutional law textbook at West Point and other institutions, describes the scope of the Second Amendment's right to keep and bear arms: The prohibition is general. No clause in the constitution could by any rule of construction be conceived to give congress a power to disarm the people. Such a flagitious attempt could only be made under some general pretence by a state legislature. But if in any blind pursuit of inordinate power, either should attempt it, this amendment may be appealed to as a restraint on both.”

Justice Story, Associate Justice, Supreme Court wrote: The next amendment is: "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. The importance of this article will scarcely be doubted by any persons, who have duly reflected upon the subject. The militia is the natural defence of a free country against sudden foreign invasions, domestic insurrections, and domestic usurpations of power by rulers. It is against sound policy for a free people to keep up large military establishments and standing armies in time of peace, both from the enormous expenses, with which they are attended, and the facile means, which they afford to ambitious and unprincipled rulers, to subvert the government, or trample upon the rights of the people. The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered, as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them”.

Tench Coxe: Who are the militia? are they not ourselves... Congress have no power to disarm the militia. Their swords, and every other terrible implement of the soldier, are the birth-right of an American...The unlimited power of the sword is not in the hands of either the federal or state governments but, where I trust in God it will ever remain, in the hands of the people.”

What the framers, courts, newspapers of that time period, and the people said about the Militia, and the Second Amendment.

Richard Henry Lee: "A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves …"

George Mason, Co-author of the Second Amendment during Virginia's Convention to Ratify the Constitution, 1788: "I ask, Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole people except for a few public officials. To disarm the people is the best and most effectual way to enslave them."

St. George Tucker:The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, and this without any qualification as to their condition or degree, as is the case in the British government.” (The Supreme Court has cited Tucker in over forty cases, in the major cases of virtually every Supreme Court era.)

Thomas Cooley:The right is general...The militia, as has been explained elsewhere, consists of those persons who, under the law, are liable to the performance of military duty, and are officered and enrolled for service when called upon. . . . If the right were limited to those enrolled, the purpose of the guarantee might be defeated altogether by the action or the neglect to act of the government it was meant to hold in check. The meaning of the provision undoubtedly is, that the people, from whom the militia must be taken, shall have the right to keep and bear arms, and they need no permission or regulation of law for that purpose.

The forefathers wouldn't put the militia under federal control as there was always a chance that those in office would turn traitorous against the people. They already had learned, and history taught – then and now, that people in places of power could not be trusted. So they broke it up; the people ARE the militia and would keep the best interests of the people themselves at the forefront of all decisions made. Then they assigned the duty of organizing, arming, and disciplining each state's militia to the federal congress; and to each state the appointment of their Militia's officers and their training; all under Article I, Section. 8, Clause 16.

(Edward Vieira, Junior) "The Militia of the several states offers everyone the greatest degree of equality with each other;

  • Because EVERY able-bodied person from the age of 18 – 60 is the militia of each state.

  • They, when trained, have the governmental powers to operate in every county, city, state, and throughout America when needed.

  • Plus through uniformity; the Militia requires the same general duty of service from everyone – though not all will have the same tasks as they can perform different tasks according to their abilities.

This is why the Militia offers the best protection against rogue politicians and usurpation’s for those serving within the governments, “We the people” protect our own natural rights and hold accountable those we put into positions of power by enforcing the US Constitution and each state's constitution. When everyone takes a part in guarding the security of the neighborhood, county, city, state that they live in; plus the country when needed, it basically stops or makes it very difficult for a small body of people to take over this nation." (Edward Vieira, Junior “Constitutional Homeland Security” Volume 1, the Nation in Arms”.)
