This video was recorded on the night of Tuesday Aug 7 2012, at Surrey BC. The original video has about 5 hours of footage but the uploader compiled the sections where "weird" flashes of light and strange sounds & human voices can be heard. The flashes of light is not lightning because you will see lightning flashes are distinct and can be seen in the sky. However, the strange lights are coming from the ground and not just ordinary lights but huge flashes that are at times colorful too. Weird sound is heard best @ 10:06-ish. These are not the normal sounds that can also be heard very distinctly and are for a car passing by, the thundering, etc.
