The EVs are useless in winter conditions, cannot be taken into ships or other closed areas due to risk of autoignition, and  are too expensive. They are also not environmentally better than the normal cars and involve child labor in mining the litium and other minerals. It's a scam just like everything else promoted by the goverment.
