Done by design my friend. Earlier this year I posted where they gave most our wheat reserves away, or to be sold/traded overseas. It may have been when China wanted collateral as the dollar began to fall. And the farmers were told not to plant the same amount of crops, seems it had not been that little since the 1920's.
They knew what they were doing.
