Good work Harry and good on you for the inspiration you give to the young Indian gentlemen, of India who hear you (and who I strongly suspect could work at call centres and aspire to speak like you as you have such a wonderful and natural rapport with your audience) So not only would these young men learn the American accent they also get one awesome lesson in Truth - a win win situation I'd say. It's really nice that you acknowledge them and their culture and country because half of the companies that outsource services to these phone centres - which is a huge industry there, expect deception so overseas callers don't think their calls are being diverted to India. Sad but true and the Hindu's are humble souls who don't like lying. (Myself I have no problem if my call goes to India because they actually do answer it in a kind of Aussie accent but in a timely fashion so I know straight away I'm in India. I do call them out in friendly gesture and greeting because it's customer rapport they strive for most importantly as their KPIs are based on happy customer feedback. They are great people and it's how many of them earn a living where employment can be difficult to find.)
