Has anyone ever heard of sun gazing before? This is more fascinating stuff if anyone is interested.
Fascinating stuff. Its good to see topics like this getting some 'air time'. Now if people would stop believing that sunscreen is necessary, and learn that it is merely more chemicals slathered over the body that do harm, vit. D could be made by the body.
Are we naught natural born sun worshipers then? Without it, we'd surely whither away physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The sun gives us much sustenance.
Babies that are jaundiced used to be treated and cured by sunlight. Nurses always put them at the windows before bili lights came out.
Great post! I've been telling people for years that we need sunshine. Not only to activate your Vit D, but for immune system, and lack can cause depression. Thanks Tara, sharing.
