You have to see this to believe this.

Evidently Tzfat is being used as a model for population control.

It is perfect for this purpose. Most of the people here are poor, poorly educated, unilingual Hebrew speakers (so they are not privy to outside information) and have been taught the bogus superstitions of pseudo-Kabbalah. So, they think that all phenomena they don't understand are "spiritual".

I was on a section of Yerushalayim Street, Tzfat's main shopping drag on which, I walked to the Central Bus Station.

The number and extent of control modalities that I saw and recorded here are staggering and sickening.

The helicopters I saw are Black Hawks. It's not being painted black that makes them Black Hawks. It's the Black Ops that they are equipped to perpetrate that makes them Black Hawks.
