Haarp was created to have weather manipulation and to be used as a weapon of mass destruction with out having to unleash the bomb. Also they scare people and do mandatory evacuation to get people ready and trained when they do this in the future!

This hurricane hype is establishment fear mongering. Getting people all worked up and use to the idea of "mandatory" evacuations and government officials acting as cautionary heroes. Lol ridiculous. Unless they throw haarp in the mix i think flooding is going to be the biggest issue due to the storms size.
It's a category one storm. Just stay inside...
If you are in a flood advisory area, head for higher ground. Common sense, right? No doubt about it, this bad girl is going to drop some rain so, check your local advisories.
