give it one afternoon downpour ,like florida has every afternoon. and watch your non archival, aqueous ink jet toner slide right off the wet paper. free speech gets oppressed by nature, so its no longer an issue.so the law now has a littering charge added to the vandalism charges against you, and if it gets labeled as graff, that's a gangsterous activity associated with gang affiliations. gang laws in california require you to be registered for a minimum 10years similar to probation. gang affiliation could be a threat to homeland security, therefore you must have been Working for "the terrorists"and graffiti shows that you must be an "extreme"conservative(oxymoron, int.'d)probably with a neo-nazi militia hate org. and so on and so on and so on.......but still graffiti Cant Be Stopped!

Cops, State Attorney General in Florida Investigate Obama as Joker...

Officials in Clermont, Florida, are flummoxed. They can’t decide if the Obama as Joker posters put up around town are illegal or protected by freedom of speech. “The Clermont Police Department says the signs involve city code violations and freedom of speech, so investigators are asking the state attorney for help,” reports WFTV.

“Police have made no arrests or filed any formal charges, so Eyewitness News asked what laws the sign hangers are breaking. Even if it wasn’t the face of the Joker, the city says any kind of signage placed on public property is illegal,” the news station explains.

A Channel 13 news report from earlier in the week.

No word on how many people are under investigation for placing garage sale and lost dog signage around the central Florida town.

“Police say code enforcement usually removes other signs off poles and out of the ground, but the glued Joker posters are causing damage and the city says it is trying to determine how much it costs to fix. One Post Office blue box had to be re-painted.”

Alex Jones continues to stress that the posters should be placed in public commons areas along with other posters and signage. The posters should not be glued on government or private property.

On Friday, Fox News covered the Obama as Joker campaign. Fox quotes a Clermont police officer who said investigators are attempting to gather enough evidence to present the case to the state attorney’s office for review.

“No motive has been formally determined, but Jensen noted a contest posted on Infowars.com that called on people to download a version of the poster to be hung in ‘public spaces’ in their neighborhood,” Joshua Rhett Miller writes for Fox.

The Clermont police and Florida attorney general’s office are wasting a lot of time and tax payer money investigating what amounts to petty vandalism. Authorities in Florida consider stapling the posters to utility poles a crime.

It is probably illegal for dogs to do their busines

Something to consider:
The partisan image plays right into the false left-right political paradigm, further keeping us from targeting the true power behind the scenes who have hijacked this country under the banner of both political parties.

Clermont police have interviewed one suspect who is admitting to putting up the dozens of posters pasted around the city depicting President Obama as the Joker character from the Batman film The Dark Knight

CLERMONT - Clermont police have interviewed one suspect who is admitting to putting up the dozens of posters pasted around the city depicting President Obama as the Joker character from the Batman film The Dark Knight, city officials confirmed.

Assistant City Manager Darren Gray said city officials have an individual "admitting to putting up 500" of the posters.

Clermont Police Capt. Eric Jensen said the male individual has admitted to putting up some signs, but investigators suspect others were involved and their investigation is continuing.

"We have talked to an individual," Jensen said. "He only admitted to some of it...We're still tracking down leads and talking to folks. We have not arrested anybody."

At this point officials are not sure how much damage was caused by the signs or the dollar amount associated with the clean-up.

Dozens of the posters were pasted around the city earlier this week. A pair of the posters were pasted to a Clermont Post Office collection box. They prompted the postmaster to contact the Postal Inspector's office, which is looking at potential federal crimes for defacing federal property.

City officials, meanwhile, are trying to determine what local crimes might be associated with the posting of the images on public and private properties. They've also been busy ripping down the sticky signs because they're a violation of city ordinance regarding illegal signs.

Jensen said he doesn't have a good count on the number of posters put up because, he said, "People are going out and tearing them down."

In a press release put out late today, Jensen said the suspect "also asked if he could video tape the encounter with the officers." Clermont Police declined that request.

"Currently we are still conducting interviews of victims, witnesses, and other suspects who were placing the Obama Joker Poster throughout our city," Jensen said in the statement. "We believe that the postings are the result of multiple suspects. We are hopeful that we can develop enough information to present charges of vandalism to the State Attorney's Office for review."

He did not have a specific reason why the individual who admitted to putting up the posters spent so much time sticking them to surfaces around the city, but Jensen suspects it may have something to do with a contest linked to the image of the President in white face and smeared lipstick, like the Joker.

"It's offensive", "That's what really offends me" What? What is it lady that really offends you?

I have engaged in this type of activity in the past, when you paste your point all over public property, it certainly seems to put a bee under everyone's bonnet. In terms of energy input v reaction outcomes, it really is the most cost effective form of dissent one can orchestrate and I certainly hope this continues till the Joker covers most of the nation.
