Israel's Interception Of Aid Ship To Gaza Is illegal

Israel claims that intercepting and stopping the Swedish aid ship Estelle, which was on its way to Gaza, in international waters was done in line with international law.

The Swedish ship was 55 kilometers off the coast of Gaza when it was stopped and boarded in its attempt to breach the Israeli blockade. The cargo included olive trees, cement, medical equipment, book s and children's toys.

Press TV has interviewed Mr. Edward Spannaus, with Executive Intelligence Review in Washington, about how, if at all, this act and the collective punishment and occupation of Gazans is legal under international law.

Not just America, Troy, (though it is one of the most prominent and powerful of Israel supporters) just about all the major power players of the world and the so called "world" bodies, like the UN, too lets them do whatever they want. Obama, supposedly, directed the US military to strike Libya to "defend Libyans and their freedom" but, what about Palestine? Nothing. Because in that case, the perpetrator of every heinous act against Palestinians, for over six decades, is Israel - the bastard child of the world's power center.
