Demonstrators gather in London Parliament Square on Monday, March 15, to draw attention to the issue of female security over the recent killing of Sarah Everard, for the third consecutive day.

The protest has been called by Patsy Stevenson, a woman who was restrained and arrested by the Metropolitan Police while attending a vigil held in memory of Sarah Everard in London on Saturday.

Everard went missing on March 3 near her home in Clapham, south London. Her body was later found by police in woodland near Ashford in Kent a week later. On Saturday, a police officer was charged with the kidnapping and murder of the 33-year-old at London's Westminster Magistrates Court.

The incident sparked a wave of anger among women across the UK, with many sharing their experiences of constantly fearing for their security when alone outside in the evening.
