The footage here is from the OFER Neighborhood in Tzfat (Safed), Israel.
These are typical living conditions in which human experimentation takes place.
A full *third* of Israel's Jewish population is under the poverty line.
Many people got caught in the cycle of poverty because they were used in the irradiation experiments carried out in the 1950s on 110,000 Sephardi children
who arrived in Israel. Israel rec'd money from the US gov't for conducting the experiments.
