The green revolution of abandoning tested and working technology and using inefficient means of transportation and energy production that often produce even a bigger carbon foot print than the conventional technology is meant to incapacitate our mobility and increase our dependence on more controllable sources of energy, that is electricity. It cannot be stored like fuels and can be cut off easily.
