When we understand the Act of 1871 we know who the District of Columbia actually is, and we understand exactly 'what' it re-presents. Vote, if that is what makes you think you matter. However, please consider, in 60 years on earth not a god damn thing has change and the status quo has been in control - through the ignorant voting 'public'.
