All, or mostly all, "POLICE DEPARTMENTS," and or SERVICES, are registered CORPORATIONS. And, the "POLICE OFFICERS," are in fact the ones that make up the "CORPORATE OFFICERS" of that particular (department) COMPANY (A,B or C, etc.).

In other words...what we are dealing with, is in fact: CORPORATE COMPLIANCE ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS and, not Peace Officers, or Officers of the Peace, i.e., justice of the peace, or constable of the peace...they're referred to, now, as OFFICERS.

Bear this in mind; these POLICE have quotas (traffic tickets of all kinds) to meet every month, and all through the year...this is how they provide, for the PROFITS of their CORPORATIONS...imagine that...getting tazed for 5 mph over the so-called speed limit.

The only time that a human being (with rights), may be legally arrested or charged, depends on whether that human being has disturbed the peace, or has caused damage to person or property.

One other thing to consider is; whenever a POLICE "charges" you, with a so-called "crime," and or "violation," especially at the side of a roadway; that POLICE, is in fact guilty of conducting a "moving (mobile) court".

The POLICE is actually guilty of impersonating; not only the JUDGE, but also the jury...prosecuting you, and passing, or handing down your sentence at the same time...you're guilty on the spot (side of the road).

Before anyone can be charged with any crime, a human being has a right to a fair trial, and that by a jury (12) of their peers...innocent until proven guilty.

Its all illegal, what they are doing, and, the only thing which they rely on, apart from their weapons, and steroid buddies with the bald heads, is; our ignorance...the ironic thing is; the majority of these COPS (OFFICERS), are more ignorant of the laws than some of us...they concentrate more on teaching these THUG OFFICERS, how to be violent, abusive, and intrusive, i.e., how to take you down!
Rather than teaching them human rights, and or the constitutional rights of each American.
