Police taser 11-year-old autistic girl found wandering naked along highway
ASHLAND, OR -- Drivers witnessed a young child wandering naked along the side of the highway. One driver, Adam Bednar, stopped his car and called police to help. That decision ended up being a painful one for the 11-year-old girl, who suffers from autism.

Bednar says that the trooper who arrived called for her to stop, and when she didn't respond threatened twice to taze her. After giving no response, two little red dots appeared on her back, then metal barbs. The child did not respond because of her learning disabilities.
"She seized up and she fell face first on the ground," said Bednar.
The department backed up the officers' actions by claiming the girl was going into traffic. But Adam Bednar, the eyewitness, says that is a lie. "She wasn't going off the road, she was set on walking down the freeway," he stated.
The girl's father contacted Infowars to clarify some of the misleading reports being issued by the media. "They keep calling her a 'woman' ...she is 11 years old. Since when is an 11-year-old kid with the mind of a 3-year-old a 'woman'? She is very gentle and non combative. If the police cannot apprehend a child who is cooperative without Tasing then what would be the alternative? Shooting her?"
A compassionate person would have walked up to her and wrapped a blanket around her. A psychopath electrifies the helpless child with a taser.

Thanks for that info joe banana .. I didn't know that.. OMG that makes it even worse Geneva convention calls it torture? If we only followed our simple constitution, it covers everything but I am afraid its on life support just waiting for someone to pull the plug.. It just makes me so very sad .. All I can do is refuse to give the Feds a dime of my money .. They will kill me or torture me eventually I figure but its worth it giving the the finger everyday spending my "own" labor on my personal needs and helping movements like this one with what I refuse to give them.. I hate there Fukin guts for all the crimes against humanity they are perpetrating

The Geneva convention calls it "torture". Banned in all countries except the USA and Cuba. It rates right up there with massive civilian depopulation by remote control. Tasers are FAR from "non-lethal" force. Over 300 deaths from tasers have been reported.

I have held the belief that tazing anyone is unconstitutional ... Its called cruel and unusual punishment. Amendment VIII excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, NOR CRUEL OR UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT INFLICTED ... how is a naked 11 yr old girl even close to a threat?
I believe the excuse to use these tazers was to immobilize crazed druggies on angel dust because it supposedly gave them incredible strength ...

I'm thinking its an accountability issue. If it were presented as we understand it, some one would have to be held responsible for such a tragic scenario. Attributing traits of a cognizent adult to this unfortunate child relieves the severity and carelessness of the officer involved, thereby displacing responsibility on the girl and not the trooper freeing him from any blame on what happened.
