Princess Diana like most elites, had a ready made image of her public veneer, but in reality she wasn't so noble. Suffering from social anxiety she would cut herself and often had to wear long sleeves to hide the wounds. Also, having sex with stable boys at the Royal Estate wasn't a particularly classy move, but most public figures maintain an unreal image of purity for the sake of the fans who adore them.
