According to "Texas Constitution"?

Comment by Citizen Quasar on February 17, 2014 at 5:46am

According to the Constitution for the United States of America, the United States ceased being a legitimate or lawful government in 1845. Those who pretend otherwise are ignoring what the Constitution specifically says. They live in Imaginationland, probably Episode III.

government of the United States needs to be abolished ....

... next day when they are not representing Americans, but someone else, like Wall St. That is a violation of "government".

Some logic here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1570SfAzQI (7:35)

This does not imply "government" has to be abolished ... because we have numerous examples is treasonous governments. That discussion derails what the problem is.

A soldier who is working for a foreign country cannot be fired before the contract expire? Wrong.

We the People are the rightful MASTERS of both the CONGRESS and the COURTS..

Of course, it should go without saying. A president has to work for the owners. i.e, the people, like a CEO has to work for the owners. He (president) cannot work for some others, like unions/car workers or his sponsors. They are not the owners of U.S. (the unions or sponsors would like that of course). A CEO who is working for someone else is not a "CEO", but an agent.

CORRECTION:

United States Constitution Article I, Section 10, Clause 1 does protect a right: "[I]n the just preservation of rights and property, it is understood and declared, that no law ought ever to be made, or have force in the said territory, that shall, in any manner whatever, interfere with or affect private contracts or engagements, bona fide, and without fraud, previously formed."

This is called the "contract clause." It allows for free trade and capitalism and is routinely violated by the many tiers of government Communism that have been laid upon us in the name of "freedom."

Comment by Citizen Quasar on February 16, 2014 at 7:45am

The Constitution was a flawed document to begin with. That is why it was not ratified until a Bill of Rights was attached to it.

Also, the Constitution self destructed after the first generation of United States Citizens died off, specifically when President John Tyler left office. This is because Article II, Section 1, Sentence 5 says: "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President..."

Also, a private corporation known as the District of Columbia replaced the United States in 1871 and established its own constitution.

I am in full agreement that the de facto government of the United States needs to be abolished by, according to Article I, Section 2 of the Texas Constitution, "The faith of the people of Texas stands pledged to the preservation of a republican form of government, and, subject to this limitation only, they have at all times the inalienable right to alter, reform or abolish their government in such manner as they may think expedient."

If there was only one law, "Do NOT violate anyone's rights," then there would be NO need for a Congress and NO need for a President. There would only be a need for courts. Protection of rights is the ONLY moral justification for governments anyway. (It sure as Hell is NOT writing traffic tickets or stopping people from smoking marijuana.)This is even stated in the Declaration of Independence: "That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men..."

It should be apparent to anyone who has ever read the Constitution that it does NOT secure any rights but, instead, centralizes power and control. So a Bill of Rights enumerating some rights was attached to it so that the States would ratify it.

Unfortunately, hardly anyone today even has a clue as to what a right is.
