Sounds like good advice to me.

Not going to happen, whats most likely is they will continue to have huge deficits yearly and eventually the world will stop paying the extortion money (loans), depression ensues and they will start printing. They'll declare war with god knows who and we will collapse in hyperinflation and the SHTF! So really just get your self ready for collapse and war (foreign and domestic). It's really unavoidable at this point they're going to smash society long before we can do anything to get the sheeple zombie masses informed.

Well, seriously, I never want to spoil anyone's hope.  I pray that whoever becomes President, comes with an organized [QUIETLY organized], massive above-ground and underground network that is prepared to TOPPLE the existing structure.  Because, see, in my opinion, that's the only way anything is going to get done.

And by, "existing structure," I'm talking about all power centers that exist WITHIN the government, and all relevant power centers that exist OUTSIDE the government.  Can anyone tackle that?  Maybe some group already has, and has been smart enough, and quiet enough, to [hopefully] come close to pulling it off.

My two cents.

Rand plays the politics game his dad didn't, that worked out well right?

You have to go knee deep (likely much more!) in shit to get into the White House and Rand is up to his ankles so far. I want a WIN! If this movement thinks you can get a purist in the Oval Office you should get your head examined. I hope Rand wades much deeper in and cons these pricks into thinking he's one of them. He has Ron's DNA in him I'm going to just trust the man and hope it works. If there was an alternative candidate that had a chance in hell of winning ok but there isn't, Rands it. If anything if he can just get in and block the outrageous legislation NDAA, Patriot act 2, etc etc. it's a win.

Shit, I used to think that the anarchists were way off.  Of course, I only learned, in relatively recent years, that anarchism was a POLITICAL PHILOSOPHY, not just mass disorganization.  That was an interesting surprise.  Check out Anarchism at Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anarchism .

Anyway, maybe Anarchism ain't the way to go, but something way different has to emerge.  Here are just POINTS that I believe in:

1. Private companies, or individuals CANNOT own the earth's resources.  We can't allow huge entites to get hold of the earth's resources.  There has to be a way where THE COMMUNITY manages those things, NOT these fucking corporations.

2. Corporations must simply come to an END, despite their claims of being more "efficient," and all that shit.  We're SUPPOSED to have anti-Trust laws, but they're not enforced, it seems.  So, we need to just NOT ALLOW for the formation of corporations, as they stand now.

3. Essential needs of human society MUST NOT be placed within a profit-motive paradigm.  It's insane to do so.  We got hospital administrators, today, telling doctors that they didn't meet their "quota" of kidney surgeries for that month, so the doctors end up LYING to patients about their condition, just so that they can meet quotas.  Healthcare MUST BE FREE for all people.

4. Although this falls under No. 3, it deserves it's own mention: FOOD.  Mega-sized corporate farms MUST NEVER BE ALLOWED.  Maybe far co-ops can be formed, up to a certain size, that can handle transportation of food from farm to consumer, or whatever.  I ain't an economist, so my shit might be way off.  But, all I know is that the CURRENT shit is SO fucked up that we gotta do something different, somehow.

5. There has GOT to be a cap on the amount of dough somebody can pull.  Who decides?  I don't know.  In truth, we shouldn't have to force anything.  If people had principles, they'd do right by themselves.  But people often DON'T give a shit about principles.  So, this accumulation of super wealth is NOT good.

6. Private ownership of businesses that have a certain number of employees and that produce a certain profit, CANNOT EXIST.  They must be OWNED by the employees.  They must be run as profit-sharing ventures, NOT as private, in-my-pocket-only ventures.  Certainly the original owners, etc., can have some kind of compensation for their hard work.  But!!  Once a company reaches a certain level of employees, then the profits must be SHARED.  Such companies, by the way, DO exist.

7. Mega malls are outlawed.  We should have a serious of strip malls, around the U.S.

The U.S. experiment has failed.  It has left millions suffering, both in the U.S. and elsewhere.  It's getting worse.  It doesn't even pay attention, in the news media, to the STARVING people in the U.S.  As long as the media just IGNORES the current situation, it goes unfixed: "Out of sight, out of mind."

The U.S. is a failure.  It's ideologically divided over all kinds of little bullshit [gays/straights; blacks/whites (even though we got Hispanics, Chinese, Arabs, Indians, etc., etc., in this joint).  It has lost its moral compass.  It's first phase (assuming that there will even BE a second phase) has ended up in disaster.

We let TOO MUCH get into the hands of TOO FEW, and that's our problem.  So it's at the point where we can't do anything about it.  Well, we CAN, but it won't happen.  Nobody's going to stop getting up, in the morning, as long as they got a job, or as long as they think they're gonna get one.  We don't have the kind of society in which the people will support each other, like French society does (Well, at least like it USED to, 'cause I don't know if it still does).

I haven't a clue as to how one would handle the bigger stuff, like foreign policy, defence, etc.

Controlled opposition?  Hell, the whole goddamned CONGRESS is "controlled opposition."  They're OPPOSED to anything good for the citizens, and they are FOR anything good for THEMSELVES and the corporations, private families, and other entities that PAY them.  So, what's the particular big deal with Ron Paul?

They ALL need to be removed from office.  In fact, perhaps the entire government needs to be dismantled, and something different constructed.  What, I don't know.  But I know that this current one ain't working.  As President Jimmy Carter said a few months ago:

"The United States no longer has a functioning democracy."  Translation: "The United States is a dictatorship of criminals."

I'm about as tired of smiles, suits, and ties as I can get!!  THEY are the REAL thugs, not the people in the streets.  I was 19 years old when I was walking down 47th Street, MORALIZING to some gangbangers, telling them that they should do something "productive" with their lives, and "stop living the gang life."

One of them looked at me and said, "Muthufucka, get out my face!  Dontchu know that the biggest gang on earth is in The White House?!!"

Yep.  And the dude was no older than me.  And that was the year 1969.  So, we're talking about a criminal "government" that's been criminal for a very long time, and that's been a "controlled opposition," against the people, for a long time.
