Most likely, but there are plenty of smaller independent labels out there that are having some success which is part of why the big labels are doing poorly. It simply doesn't take $10,000,000 in studio equipment to cut a well produced record anymore. $20,000 in equipment and the right talent running it can produce the same results as any big mainstream labels. The only area in which the large studios still have a really big advantage is on the promotional and distribution side where deep pockets can still make a big difference.

Nice Josh, looks to me like the production value has gotten a bit better. Did you guys get better at do it yourself or did you maybe get picked up by a label that's giving you some better production support?
