I wrote the previous, 'cuz the video stalled at before the min and 30 second mark....NOW.....I heard a bunch of things: My brain heard another

"Safer than a microwave oven" :  Human rights violation (big time)

"Look we have these perfectly

"aware" guinea pigs"  :  Look you have chain of command issues and you will get on camera

bla bla from Science lady :  sound of the constitution being shredded

I  could go on: and on but need to scatter now.

What a perfect gadget for thieves!  (evidently, the thieves do not believe the weapon of the purchased politician will have any longevity in tomorrow's world)

The very existence of a device such as this demonstrates an intention to eventually use it. Wonder how long the masses can be pushed once the justification for mass deployment of these devices are warranted? How long before we make the transition from scattering cockroaches to a swarm of angry bees?
