SUPERMARKET SECRETS & DECEPTIONS
Watch Part 1&2 here: http://www.chinesehealthandfitness.com/SupermarketDeception.htm
AKA "How To Avoid Being Fooled at the Supermarket" This excellent British documentary details a number of food deceptions and flat out lies used in supermarkets and food production to make foods look and taste better and fresher than it really is.
Some scenes in the video may be disturbing to some viewers with some mild scenes of animal cruelty.

we've had catfish farms down here since Christ was a corporal...

actually Vernon, you could free range chicken and cattle on the same land..just seperate them and rotate them...it also is good for the soil.

actually my father in law has land that he leases out to rancher to range their cattle. Chickens are doable and raised chickens are much better than store bought carcasses. He's been thinking of stocking his pond with catfish.

Time to start raising our own chickens.

free range is getting scare..even here in Texas of all places.

I wish we could bypass the supermarkets and buy directly from ranchers who follow humane and free-range practices.

I still eat meat but I watch what and how much I eat.

A vegetarian diet is not for everyone. It had one positive health benefit for me but many more negative ones.
