A secret research project that was an extension of the Philadelphia experiment. Preston Nichols and Duncan Cameron describe the most bizarre tale imaginable regarding their involvement with the project. Experiments with the time/space continuum and "virtual realization" conducted in conjunction with drano skulling alien work colleges.
Personally I think there may be some truths to what they say but have themselves been victims of this technology, and had over the top memories installed so that no one would take them seriously and thereby keep the secrets safe.
