This case was BS from the start. The coroner said the shot that killed was shot from less than an inch away, behind the right ear - Sirhan was never in position to make that shot. A reporter's recording had 13 shots in less than 5 seconds - Sirhan's revolver only held 8. There were bullet holes in the ceiling that were behind Sirhan. LAPD destroyed evidence immediately after the trial and we all know something dirty is going on when evidence is destroyed.
