Not only the names are copyright, they're also written in gloss aka dog latin which constitutes grammatical fraud. Gloss can be recognized by 2 or more capitalized words not joined by hyphen. It's also known as American sign language.
This allows you to disqualify almost every legal document. They all contain gloss writing.

Not sure bout this, Chris, maybe it's difference of country, but mine allows me, the bearer of the document, to be used. We have to pick our battles, over analyzing can make us crazy and cause lots more problems more important.Â
