It's a change of tact because their Russia stories are falling on deaf ears. In clown world it means Putin's going to become so "~fearful~" as to go above and beyond all of russia in its entirety. It's a quick change of panicked direction to refocus the failing attention. So bad it may be that all the nato countries will get scared and wall off Russia completely. If it really is a clown-world situation here it should already happing like Finlands recent fence off move except they are not nato yet. The real ramifications would be contagion. The Great Wall of Europe effect to keep "Putin man Bad" out. I don't think it's a great idea for the co$t to keep them out though they might not come and if they did I think they might easily overcome barriers of inconvenience in the whole circus of what could happen.
