I can't even watch this. It makes me sick to my stomach and brings back bad memories of stories told by loved ones who had personal experiences in these kind of homes. My late stepdad use to tell us stories about the abuse and neglect he witnessed in a nursing home that he was in for a short period of time after he had a terrible stroke. I have a hard time even thinking let alone writing about it because it was so horrific. Also my late grandmother was institutionalized a few times in her life for schizophrenia and had her own personal stories too that were aweful. Thankfully, both of these state run homes are no longer in existence and can no longer abuse and neglect another.
