The war on drugs is a scam. They pretend to fight drugs by doing things like this and also fihgting drug gangs competing with their main supplier gang, example in mexico. Then there is heroin from Afganistan, crack, and other drugs controlled by them. Drug dealing is an old tradition of the world "elite" having at least 300 years from the days of East India Company and the opium wars on China that helped to take down the Chinese leadership in world trade by the end of nineteenth century. The  opium wars on China created part of the huge wealth the "elite" together with international usurer bankers. The East India Company got it´s starting capital from privateer pirates working for Queen Elizabeth I. A fine lot we have there; pirates, drug dealers and usurers. And they prey on the most vulnerable.
