The ones talking about RFID are speaking of the system for products and the need for a uniform system. Its not about chips for people.
The ones talking about Biometrics are not saying the government is going to chip people. RFID is not a biometric device.
The final one is not even real. Look at some of the other articles on the site, like the one where China bought all of Europe. The site is like The Onion. A few bits of facts mixed with a whole lot of fiction.
