This Geo engineering is being done to control the behavior of the masses (eg. make people passive, lethargic, depressed, or agitated) as well as create "monster" storms like "Sandy", or the grapefruit sized hail.  We have massive "drought" or "flooding" to kill crops and cause famine.  I believe this is all being done on purpose to kill off 90% of the population.   Good article Suzie - thanks and keep sharing to wake people up.

Excellent video Suzie!  I absolutely believe chemtrails have a component that affects moods, etc, especially health.  I have always been a skywatcher and have seen things in the last few years I have never seen before. Lord only knows what kinds of abilities HAARP has.

And for those that think HAARP has nefarious functions:  It is well known that they have the ability to "seed the clouds" and make it rain....with drought all over the earth, especially in places where they can grow no food due to drought, why dont they use their technology to make it rain there and save lives?  Nope, just another form of genocide. Just like their poisonous trails.
