Woot! Let's see if this makes an impact on the US. Me thinks no... there's no money to gain from a populace that isn't addicted or pimping drugs out there in the underground. And not only that... there won't be any so-called criminals to fill all the prisons that they've built, to stop the drug war of course ;)
Once again, it's all about those benjamins. Someone is always there to gain from anothers demise. It would seem to be the American way now wouldn't it?
